Complete the Annual City Services Survey by Oct. 1
We want to hear from you! New Hope's annual City Service Survey collects feedback from the community on key municipal services such as public safety, utilities and infrastructure, parks and recreation, communication, and code enforcement. The responses we gather are used by the New Hope City Council and staff to make decisions about policies and projects and to assess both successes and areas for improvement.
This survey is conducted annually as part of New Hope's participation in the State of Minnesota's Performance Measurement Program, which was launched in 2011. This program was initiated by the Minnesota Legislature's Council on Local Results and Innovation, which developed a standard set of ten performance measures for cities. These measures help us gauge public perception and the effectiveness of the city's services.
Paper copies of the survey were mailed out with the July utility bills. For residents who did not receive a city utility bill or prefer to complete the survey online, you can share your feedback at
newhopemn.gov/survey. The deadline for completion is Oct. 1. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and valued!
