Complete the Annual City Services Survey by Oct. 1
We want to hear from you! New Hope’s annual City Service Survey gathers feedback from the community about core municipal services, including public safety, utilities and infrastructure, parks and recreation, communication and code enforcement. The collected responses are a valuable tool for measuring successes and opportunities and are used by New Hope City Council and staff to drive decisions around policy and projects.
The survey is conducted annually as part of New Hope’s participation in the State of Minnesota’s Performance Measurement Program. In 2011, the Minnesota Legislature’s Council on Local Results and Innovation released a standard set of ten performance measures for cities. The markers aid in measuring the public perception and effectiveness of services the city provides.
Paper copies of the survey were mailed with the July utility bill mailing. Residents who do not receive a city utility bill, or those who prefer to complete the survey online, may weigh in at
newhopemn.gov/survey. The deadline for completion is Oct. 1. We appreciate and value your feedback!
