Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) offers free energy consulting, rebates, and financing for commercial, nonprofit, and multifamily properties in New Hope interested in upgrading to energy efficient lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment. 

• One-Stop Efficiency Shop sponsored by Xcel Energy
  Free lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration assessments, project guidance, and rebates covering up to 75% of project costs for small-midsized commercial properties in New Hope. Participants may also be eligible for free ecobee3 lite smart thermostats and installation, performed by CEE.
• Commercial Energy Efficiency Loan
  Financing for businesses making energy efficiency improvements through CEE’s One-Stop Efficiency Shop.
