The City of New Hope is asking residents to share their thoughts about City services by completing the 2026 City Services Survey.
The survey provides residents with an opportunity to offer feedback on the programs, services, facilities and communication efforts that help shape the community. Responses will help City staff and elected officials better understand residents' priorities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Paper surveys were included in the City’s July utility bills, and an online version is available for anyone who prefers to respond electronically. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
Residents are encouraged to complete the survey by Thursday, Oct. 1.
